Ernest Stephen Lumsden was a British painter and etching artist who made a lasting impact in the early twentieth century. He was a noted historian of the etching, an admirer of Goya and Rembrandt. His etchings often capture city scenes and landscapes with masterful detail. In this set of prints, Lumsden’s etchings are reproduced for subscribers of the Modern Masters of Etching series.
