Sir Henry Rushbury was an English painter and etching artist who found major acclaim in the early twentieth century. He was known for his cityscapes and townscapes and his illustrations during WWI. In this set of prints, Rushbury’s etchings are reproduced for subscribers of the Modern Masters of Etching series. The series was published in the 1920s and 30s.
