Anders Zorn was a Swiss artist who became internationally renowned in the late nineteenth century. His most famous works are probably his portraits, but he was no less talented as a printmaker and etching artist. In these examples, Zorn’s etchings are reproduced for subscribers of the Modern Masters of Etching series. The series was published in the 1920s and 30s. Each plate is tipped onto its original page.
