Irish musician Bob Geldof is an acclaimed singer and lyricist most recognized as the lead vocalist for the Boomtown Rats. In the 1970s, the group reached the top of the charts with songs like “Rat Trap” and “I Don’t Like Mondays.” Geldof’s career has continued over the years, punctuated by his charitable work and collaborations with musicians all over the world.
