In Makes It Easy: A Step-by-Step Recipe Collection for the Home Cook, Puck offers simple recipes to elevate a normal American kitchen. First published 2004, it is considered one of his best cookbooks. This 2008 edition contains more recipes and photographs by Ron Manville.
This second edition, first printing is inscribed by Puck on the front free endpaper. It is in about-fine condition. In the original casing, about-fine with only bumping to spine ends and fading to top edges. Text block fine.
